Job summary

Metro One Loss Prevention Services Group is hiring an Unarmed Security Officer in the Bronx, NY. Join a service-driven team focused on protecting clients and visitors with vigilance and professionalism.

Responsibilities include customer service, monitoring CCTV, and reporting activities while responding to incidents. Applicants should be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, be legally eligible to work in the US, and be prepared for drug tests and background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a drug test and background screening.
• Prior security, military, corrections, or law enforcement experience is a plus.
• State Security License preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
• Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and complete accurate daily activity reports.
• Observe, survey, and report on activities at your assigned post.
• Respond quickly and appropriately to critical incidents and emergencies.
