We are hiring for the position of Unarmed Security Officer at Cardinal Point Homeland Security Group. The role involves maintaining a secure environment, performing building tours, ensuring all doors are locked, distributing mail, reporting maintenance issues, observing suspicious activity, and completing reports accurately and on time.

Position Details

• Location: Jenkintown, PA
• Schedule: 12:30 AM to 7:30 AM, Monday to Friday
• Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Be punctual, professional, and well-groomed in company-issued uniform
• Relieve the previous shift officer on time and perform scheduled building tours
• Ensure all exterior and interior doors are secured
• Distribute mail and report maintenance issues
• Observe and report suspicious activity
• Complete and record nightly reports accurately
• Interact courteously with building staff and coordinate with team members

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of post-high school work experience
• At least 2 years of security officer experience
• Reliable communication means (smartphone with apps)
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Successful criminal background check
• Friendly, outgoing personality and team-oriented attitude
