Job summary

Metro One LPSG in Los Lunas NM is seeking security professionals for part-time to full-time positions with shifts from 6am–2:30pm, 2pm–10:30pm, and 10pm–6:30am. The role pays $22.28 per hour and includes benefits and growth opportunities.

You will monitor access control, manage visitors, issue badges, observe CCTV, and patrol interior and exterior areas while maintaining professional conduct and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid New Mexico security license or ability to obtain one.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Military preferred, with 2+ years of active service.
• 3 years of verifiable private/corporate security experience/corporate customer service.

Responsibilities

• Monitor access control and challenge individuals without proper identification.
• Maintain visitor management, check in visitors and guests.
• Issued badges and access cards; maintain security logs.
• Monitor CCTV systems.
• Conduct interior and exterior vehicle and foot patrols.
• Check in authorized personnel onsite.
• Stand post for 8-hour shifts or longer.
• Interact professionally with the public and exercise strong interpersonal skills.

Shifts:

6am - 2:30pm, 2pm - 10:30pm & 10pm - 6:30am.

Pay rate:

$22.28 hr.

DUTIES:

• Monitoring access control and challenging those without proper identification.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a valid New Mexico security license or the ability to attain one.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Military Preferred, with a minimum of 2 or more years of active service in any military branch with an honorable, medical, or general discharge.
• 3 years of verifiable private/corporate security experience/corporate customer service.
