Job summary

Titan Security Group in Indiana is seeking a vigilant Front Desk Security Officer to provide outstanding customer service, manage access, and monitor property safety while on duty. You will engage with tenants and visitors and help maintain a secure environment at the property.

The role requires 21+, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to pass background and drug screening, with physical stamina for patrols and lifting. Opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience in security, customer service, clerical, hotel or restaurant positions.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to acquire and maintain a valid Indiana driver's license.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to meet physical essential functions including lifting 50+ lbs and patrols.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all parties encountered while on duty.
• Maintain clear administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required.
• Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain safety.
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies, and record data for management.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have experience in security, customer service, clerical, hotel or restaurant position.
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Able to acquire and maintain a valid Indiana drivers license.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather

Preferred Qualifications

• Bi-lingual considered a plus.
• Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required

Pay and Benefits

• Positions starting at $13.00-15.00 per hour depending on experience, location and position
