Job summary

M1 Global is seeking Security Officers to provide vigilant security services at client sites. The role emphasizes customer service, post security, and rapid incident response, with a strong safety focus.

Open shifts include 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM and 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, with opportunities for weekdays and weekends work. Training and sponsorship are offered where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a drug test and background screening.
• Prior experience in security, military, corrections, or law enforcement is a plus.
• State Security License preferred. Training sponsorship available.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
• Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and complete accurate daily activity reports.
• Observe, survey, and report on activities at your assigned post.
• Respond quickly and appropriately to critical incidents and emergencies.

Requirements

• Must pass a background check and oral swab drug test.
• Must complete the 16-hour PPSB Training Course in Durham, Greensboro, or Charlotte, North Carolina. M1 Global will sponsor the cost of the training class and PPSB application fees.
• Must complete all required PPSB paperwork.

Summary

We are currently seeking Security Officers who are available to work the following shifts:

• 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Candidates must be available to work weekdays and weekends.

We are also hiring Flex and Part-Time Security Officers. Flex Officers must have open availability, including weekends, and be able to work various shifts based on operational needs. If you're looking for a more flexible schedule, this is a great opportunity for you!
