Metro One Loss Prevention Services Group is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer in Chesapeake, VA. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, monitoring CCTV systems, and reporting daily activities at a designated post. Ideal candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma, and are authorized to work in the U.S. Pass a drug test and background check; security experience is a plus, and licensing

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a drug test and background screening.
• Prior security/military/corrections/law enforcement experience is a plus.
• State Security License preferred; we can help you obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
• Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and complete accurate daily activity reports.
• Observe, survey, and report on activities at your assigned post.
• Respond quickly and appropriately to critical incidents and emergencies.
