Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
• Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus but not required.
• Tennessee Security Guard license required or obtainable (approx. $192.15).

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas on foot and/or in a company vehicle.
• Control access to the facility by verifying credentials and monitoring entry/exit points.
• Conduct routine security inspections and report safety concerns.
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents calmly and professionally.
• Complete detailed daily activity logs and incident reports.
• Provide excellent customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Enforce company policies and procedures while maintaining professionalism.
