Job summary

Prosegur is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer to maintain a safe environment for customers and staff, patrols, and report hazards. The role requires customer service orientation, clear communication, and compliance with post instructions.

Ideal candidates will have CCTV experience, a valid driver license, and the ability to pass training and screenings. This on-site position offers benefits and opportunities within a global security company.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• 1–2 years' experience CCTV programs/applications.
• 1–2 years' experience in customer service.
• Must be able to pass all necessary training.
• Clean driving record and valid driver license.
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness to participate in the company's screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general Unarmed security duties to our clients.
• Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards.
• Understand and comply with Prosegur and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.
• Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.
• You must be able to perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all-weather elements as an Unarmed Security Officer.
