Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and assistively, moving from behind the door to help guests
• Process visitors, check identification, and grant access with proper authorization
• Complete activity logs and incident reports
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems
• Maintain site-specific operations knowledge and post orders
• Issue visitor passes and document vehicle logs
• Patrol the facility as needed
• Detect suspicious behavior to prevent vandalism, theft, or other crimes
• Other duties as assigned by the manager

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid security license/certificate
• Strong computer, communication, and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Experience as a security officer; residential security experience is a plus
• Experience with access control and CCTV systems
