Job Description

We are looking for a security officer for an entry-level position. The ideal candidate must be disciplined, operate with complete integrity and respect, and be self-aware of their actions. They must be able to work as a team, be a hard worker, have self-drive, and be committed to the mission of the job. The ideal candidate will take their role as a security officer seriously, be punctual, presentable, and show excellent performance. Any training on medical, CPR, tourniquet, pepper spray, or military is highly desirable.

Job Title: Unarmed Security Guard

Job Type: Entry Level: Full Time/Graveyard Shift

Uniforms: Uniforms are provided by Dinasty Security, consisting of long/short sleeve shirts, wind-breakers, pants, and a company hat.

Equipment: Equipment that you must obtain is as follows:

1. Duty Belt
2. Handcuffs with handcuffs holder
3. Flashlight with flashlight holder
4. Tactical security boots or patrol shoes (black)
5. Security Badge

Job Duties:

1. Access Control: Screen & Register all incoming visitors
2. Perform hourly patrols Walking or Golf Cart/Detex
3. Secure/Guard facility and other designated areas
4. Observe: Remain alert, look out for any suspicious activity
5. Report: Create Incident Reports and Notify management team of any incidents
6. Log in and log out trucks, trailers, containers, and temperatures.
7. Customer Service: Provide manners and respect at all times.
8. Check seal numbers on trucks/trailers/containers
9. Work as a team member
10. Communicate with the client for reports
11. Report daily activity logs, Serious incident logs
12. Protect and provide safety to the property

Requirements:

1. Must be able to work in the U.S
2. Must be 18 years or older
3. Must be able to lift 15-20 lbs.
4. Must be able to stand for the entire shift
5. Bilingual (Preferred)
6. Must pass pre-employment background check
7. Reliable Transportation

License: California Guard Card (REQUIRED)

Education: At least High school or equivalent (preferred)

Experience: Strong experience desired. Entry-level positions available for those that are new to the security industry.
