Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and protection of personnel and property.
• Patrol premises, monitor surveillance, inspect buildings and access points, permit entry.
• Sound alarms to obtain help when needed.
• Report irregularities, inform violators of policies, restrain trespassers to prevent losses and damage.
• Direct traffic as necessary.
• Complete reports on observations, incidents, and surveillance activities; interview witnesses; obtain signatures.
• Monitor and control building and equipment operations.
