Job summary

BMC23 Security LLC is seeking a reliable Unarmed Security Guard to join our team across multiple locations in Massachusetts. You will help keep people, property, and assets safe while demonstrating professionalism and a strong sense of duty.

Responsibilities include monitoring premises, conducting foot patrols, controlling access, responding to alarms, and writing detailed incident reports. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and MA security licensing or ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Valid Massachusetts Security Guard license or ability to obtain one.
• Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience is a plus.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned premises to deter unauthorized access, theft, and suspicious activity.
• Conduct regular foot patrols of interior and exterior areas of the facility.
• Control access points by verifying credentials and managing visitor entry.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies and notify appropriate personnel.
• Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs.
• Enforce property rules and regulations in a professional and courteous manner.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
