Allied Universal in Appleton, WI is seeking a Security Guard - Full Time - 1st Shift. In this role you will serve and safeguard clients in aerospace/defense locations, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service.

This full-time daytime schedule offers pay at $18.00 per hour, with a background check and drug screening as required. A high school diploma is required, and 18+ (21+ for armed roles) eligibility applies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check conducted per federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel per site policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities and perimeters.
• Monitor access and verify credentials; report suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency responders.
• Prepare clear reports and maintain activity logs and shift communications.
