Job summary

SSA Security Group in Los Angeles is seeking an Unarmed Security Guard to patrol assigned sites, deter crime, and provide courteous, professional service to residents and visitors.

You will maintain logs, file incident reports, and respond to security incidents while upholding our CARE culture and commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Must have a current security license.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail and integrity.
• Effective communication skills.
• Passion for creating a safe environment.
• Minimum 18 years of age with a HS diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of security experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patrols via foot patrol or motor vehicle.
• Serve as a visible deterrent to illegal activity.
• Provide courteous customer care to residents and visitors.
• Keep accurate logs and write incident reports.
• Respond to security incidents and suspicious activity.

SCHEDULE
Monday through Friday: 6pm - 12am
Monday - Friday: 12am - 6am
Saturday - Sunday: 6am - 2pm; 2pm - 10m, 10pm - 6am
Friday 6pm through Monday 6am: weekend coverage continuous 24-hour coverage
Dayshift Unarmed Officer pay rate: $24
Weekend Unarmed Officers: $22
