Job summary

PalAmerican Security is seeking an Unarmed Security Guard to protect multiple sites and create a safe environment for residents and visitors. This full-time role requires vigilance, strong observation, and reliable reporting of incidents, with emphasis on customer care and professionalism.

The position includes scheduled 2nd/3rd shift hours, a clean driving record, and licensing requirements. Training is provided and opportunities for advancement are highlighted in our CARE culture.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a drug test, background check, and have a valid ID.
• 2 years of security experience or related work in safety.
• SLED card preferred.
• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patrols via foot patrol or motor vehicle.
• Serve as a visible deterrent to illegal activity.
• Provide superior customer care and empathy to all individuals.
• Keep accurate logs and write detailed incident reports.
• Respond to security incidents and suspicious activities.

• 2 years of experience
