Precision Security Team LLC is seeking an unarmed security guard in Estes Park, CO to maintain a visible, professional presence and protect clients, staff, and the public. You will respond to incidents and follow SOPs to ensure safety across various posts.

We offer paid training (CPR, de-escalation, defensive skills), health benefits for 30+ hours, consistent scheduling, and opportunities to pick up extra shifts in a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Pass required background check.
• Ability to work posted hours without modification.
• Able to stand or walk for extended periods; lift 50 lbs unassisted.
• Completion of company-provided hand-to-hand skills course.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property activity, control access, patrol, and respond to incidents as needed.
• Apply de-escalation techniques and coordinate with event management and law enforcement as required.
• Conduct bag and metal detector screenings per site policy.
• Enforce liquor laws and monitor alcohol service to prevent over-service.
• Communicate effectively with clients, the public, and supervisors.
• Follow SOPs and maintain confidentiality on site-related activities.
• Utilize smartphones and reporting software for timely updates.

We are hiring a professional and reliable Event Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of your assigned post. This role involves maintaining a visible, professional presence; responding to incidents; and ensuring the safety of clients, staff, and the public.

Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities may vary by post and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), but generally include:

• Monitor property activity, manage access control, conduct patrols, respond to incidents, emergencies, or evacuations as needed.


• Apply de-escalation techniques and sound judgement in challenging situations. Coordinate with event management and law enforcement if situations require further intervention.


• Conduct bag and metal detector screenings to enforce site policies and prevent prohibited items from entering the premises.


• Support responsible alcohol service by enforcing regulations and monitoring consumption to prevent over-service and maintain compliance with liquor laws.


• Communicate effectively with clients, the public, and supervisors.


• Follow all site-specific SOPs, company policies, local laws and regulations, maintaining strict confidentiality regarding site-related activities.


• Use technology efficiently (smartphones, reporting tools, scheduling software).


• Represent Precision Security Team with professionalism, integrity, and accountability always.
