PalAmerican Security is seeking a Security Officer for the 3rd shift in Bellevue, WA. If you have at least 2 years of security or military experience, you could join a team focused on community safety and excellent customer service.

As a Security Officer, you will perform site patrols, maintain a visible presence, de-escalate tensions, and document incidents with thorough reports. The role emphasizes public interactions and delivering a high-quality security experience.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 2 years' Security or Military experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proof of High School diploma, GED or higher education.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Enjoy working with the public and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Walk and stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Wear body armor, duty belt with handcuffs, baton, radio, flashlight, and first aid kit.
• Engage in high volume face‑to‑face public interactions.
• Write detailed and accurate reports on incidents.
• Maintain a physical presence as a deterrent to illegal activity.
• Ensure safety and security of site staff and visitors.
• Provide empathetic approach to managing escalated situations.
• Contribute to the overall experience by providing superior customer care.
