St. Moritz Security in Oxnard is seeking professional FLEX Access Control / Security Officers (Unarmed) to provide on-call coverage as needed. You will focus on access control, patrol, monitoring, and detailed reporting to maintain a safe and secure environment.

Responsibilities include observing, reporting, and enforcing site policies, with emphasis on post orders and customer service. On-call, first, second, third shifts, and weekends may apply.

Responsibilities

• Access Control: Monitor and control inbound/outbound traffic, verify deliveries, log visitors and conduct vehicle inspections as directed.
• Patrol & Monitoring: Perform interior and exterior patrols, monitor surveillance and inspect buildings and perimeters.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain DARs, write incident reports, report suspicious activity, complete end-of-shift docs.
• Safety & Customer Service: Enforce post orders, respond to emergencies, provide directions to associates and visitors.

Schedule: On-Call / As Needed

Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour

Position Summary

We are seeking professional and dependable FLEX Access Control / Security Officers (Unarmed) to provide on-call coverage as needed. This role focuses on access control, patrol, monitoring, and detailed reporting to maintain a safe and secure environment.

The primary responsibility is to observe, report, and enforce site policies and procedures .

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Strong communication and report-writing skills
• Ability to work flexible, on-call shifts
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Key Responsibilities

Access Control

• Monitor and control inbound/outbound traffic
• Verify delivery paperwork and notify operations as required
• Log visitors, vendors, and deliveries per site procedures
• Conduct vehicle inspections as directed

Patrol & Monitoring

• Perform interior and exterior foot patrols
• Conduct vehicular patrols when assigned
• Monitor surveillance equipment and access points
• Inspect buildings, perimeter, and truck yard areas

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain Daily Activity Reports (DARs)
• Write detailed incident reports
• Report suspicious activity, hazards, accidents, and irregularities
• Complete all required end-of-shift documentation

Safety & Customer Service

• Enforce post orders and site policies
• Respond to emergency situations requiring security assistance
• Provide assistance and direction to associates and visitors
