• Communicate effectively with supervisors, residents, and emergency personnel.
• Operate company or personal vehicle for patrol duties as required.
• Be available on-call to fill in shifts, including weekends.

Flex Security Officer

Location : Ruther Glen, VA (Caroline County)

Pay Rate : $18.50/hour

Shifts Available :

• 1st Shift (6am–2pm)
• 2nd Shift (2pm–10pm)
• 3rd Shift (10pm–6am)

We are seeking reliable and Flex Security Officers to join our team at a large, gated residential community in the Ruther Glen area. This position is for individuals who are available to work various shifts (weekday and weekend), with no guaranteed schedule. Weekend coverage is especially important for this role, and officers must be available to work on weekends. Ideal candidates will have prior experience as a Flex or Rover Security Officer, though this is not a requirement. Flexibility and the ability to cover any shift as needed is essential.

Requirements :

• Prior security experience, especially in flex, rover, or community/residential patrol settings, strongly preferred
• Strong customer service skills, professionalism, and reliability

• Ability to work on an on-call, fill-in basis with no guaranteed schedule
