Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and incident reporting.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and perimeter to identify unusual conditions and security concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials as directed by site procedures to deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner following escalation procedures.
• Prepare accurate activity logs and incident reports and communicate information to site contacts.
