Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring for an unarmed Security Officer with a driving route inspection role in Eagle Mountain, Utah. You will protect client sites, maintain a visible presence, and support site operations while delivering excellent customer service on a 4-shift schedule.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and successful completion of background checks and drug screening.

As a Security Officer Unarmed Driver Route Inspection in Eagle Mountain, UT, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer, you will support a construction location through routine vehicle and foot patrols, visible presence, access monitoring, and timely reporting of security-related concerns. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. You will provide outstanding customer service while helping to deter incidents and supporting site operations. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon – 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Tue – 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sat – 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sun – 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, helping to identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Complete required activity reports and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At this site there are limited on‑site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
