Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior, exterior, parking, access points, and perimeter areas.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations per site procedures.
• Monitor access; verify visitor/contractor authorization and report unauthorized activity.
• Document patrols and security observations in clear, accurate reports.
