Job summary

Prosegur is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer to maintain a safe environment for customers and staff at client sites. You will perform general security duties, monitor site operations, and report hazards while upholding professional standards in interactions with clients and visitors.

The role requires strong communication, interpersonal skills, and readiness to participate in screening processes. High school diploma and security training are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in the company's screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures.
• Active PERC Card and 20hr basic security training.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general Unarmed security duties to our clients.
• Responsible for security site operations and customer contract services for the Guarding division.
• Recruit and interview new employees to meet the needs of our guarding clients.
• Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report hazards.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.
