Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience: Prior experience in Military Police, law enforcement, corrections, or comparable armed security role required.
• Licensing: Valid armed guard license where required by state law.
• Legal authorization to carry and operate a firearm in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Training: Certification in arrest control, restraint techniques, or equivalent defensive tactics.
• Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of applicable federal, state, and local security and firearm regulations.
• Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to identify potential security risks or hazards
• Deter, detect, and respond to security threats or incidents professionally and appropriately
• Control access points and monitor premises to prevent unauthorized entry
• Provide emergency response including de-escalation, detainment support, or coordination with law enforcement when required
• Maintain accurate incident reports and documentation
• Interact with the public in a professional and respectful manner while enforcing site rules
• Coordinate with local law enforcement or emergency personnel as needed
