Responsibilities

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

What’s in it for you:

• Set schedule: Open availability for scheduling required for weekdays and weekends. Must be able to work mornings, evenings, and overnights. Days off and scheduling could vary based on site needs. This is a flex schedule. Not able to guarantee full time hours. Must have experience working in a corporate multistory office building setting.

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• You have Security, Military, and/or Law Enforcement experience of at least 3 years or more
• You have a MD Guard Card
• You are at least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
• You have CPR/First Aid Certification
• You have phone skills and computer literacy
• Must be able to successfully complete a 40 hour basic training course
