Job summary

GLOBAL OPS is seeking Unarmed Security Agents to support client locations across Nassau County, Long Island, NY. This full-time, in-person role emphasizes vigilance, professional conduct, and exceptional customer service.

You will conduct foot patrols, maintain a visible security presence, monitor access, and respond to incidents. A NYS Security Guard license and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Valid New York State Security Guard License is required.
• Ability to work assignments throughout Nassau County, including Greenvale, Roslyn Heights, Great Neck, Cedarhurst, and Woodmere.
• Stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods in all weather conditions.
• Excellent observation, communication, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Professional appearance with a customer-service mindset.
• Proven reliability and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive foot patrols to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Maintain a highly visible security presence.
• Monitor and control access to client properties.
• Identify, assess, and respond to suspicious activity.
• Enforce site policies and security procedures.
• Respond professionally to alarms, emergencies, and incidents.
• Assist employees, visitors, and clients with professionalism and courtesy.
• Prepare accurate, detailed, and timely incident reports.
