Job summary

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation will be conducted.
• A drug screen will be performed as required by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required before employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by following security procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the retail location to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor activity, report suspicious behavior, and communicate concerns to site management.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations per post orders.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and daily activities in required logs.
