Marksman Security Corporation is accepting applications for a Security Officer in Wisconsin for a part-time 2nd shift (24 hours weekly) at $18.00 hourly. Ideal candidates have prior security or customer service experience and a valid Wisconsin security license.

Applicants must be willing to work weekends, evenings and holidays. Responsibilities include patrols, professional public interactions, report writing, and coordinating with the client and team members to maintain safety and security

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license.
• Valid Wisconsin Guard License.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• Minimum of one year of security experience.
• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening.
• Must be able to work weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Conduct vehicle and foot patrols of areas in the public right of way to identify potential safety and security risks.
• Maintain a visible presence and engage in professional public interactions.
• Document all interactions in a clear and concise written report, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of required documentation (reports/documents).
• Communicate and pass on all pertinent information to fellow team members, other safety teams, and the client.
• Monitor and/or detect any suspicious behavior to assist in the prevention of vandalism, theft and or other criminal behavior.
• Warn violators of infractions e.g., loitering, smoking and or in possession of prohibited items.
• Respond to calls of distress, alarms and/or emergencies such as fire, injuries or presence of unauthorized individuals by contacting local first responders.
• Identify and report any and all concerns (safety, security breaches, unusual circumstances) in a timely manner.
• Ensure all rules/regulations are being enforced and followed.
• Other duties to be determined by management.
