Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver in Westlake, LA. This full-time role involves serving clients, conducting routine patrols, maintaining access control, and delivering excellent customer service while representing a caring, reliable team.

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver’s license.
Possess a TSA-issued TWIC.
Access control and badge experience preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Background check and drug screen required by law.
Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures at a chemical and petrochemical location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, spills, and other critical situations per site protocols.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production-adjacent areas, access points, and perimeter.
Monitor access by verifying credentials and documenting entries, exits and unusual conditions.
Prepare clear reports of incidents and patrol observations and communicate with site contacts and leadership.
