Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required per policy.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Subject to background investigation as per laws.
• Applications may be considered with criminal histories where allowed by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• State/local licensing rules may apply.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by following site policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents in a calm, professional manner and document observations for leadership.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of property areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity and provide directions while staying professional.
