Job summary

Allied Universal in Dallas is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver Alarm Panel Operations. You will protect clients across aerospace/defense sites, perform routine patrols, monitor access points, and respond to incidents while delivering exceptional customer service.

This full-time daytime role pays $21.00 per hour and requires a valid driver’s license, plus basic computer skills. Prior alarm panel and badge access experience is preferred for success.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels preferred.
• Access control/badge experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and enforce site policies during security procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and alarm events per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities and parking areas.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for visitors and staff.
• Document patrols and incidents and communicate findings to leadership.
