Qualifications

Location: Mayfield Village, OH

Job Type: Full -Time

Schedule: All Shifts

Pay: $15.90 per hour

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid, current driver’s license with clean driving record (required).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Valid OH security guard license or guard card.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Previous experience in security, access control, customer service, or law enforcement preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to remain alert throughout the shift.
• Must be able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation.

Position Summary:

This position plays a critical role in managing entry and exit points , verifying identification , and conducting vehicle inspections or mobile patrols .The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and comfortable interacting with employees, visitors, and contractors in a courteous, professional manner.
