Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, warehouses, docks, and perimeters.
Monitor access by verifying credentials and directing authorized personnel to designated areas.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document activities.
Maintain daily activity reports and shift records for leadership and site contacts.
