Allied Universal is seeking a Full Time Unarmed Security Officer for a healthcare location in Garfield Heights, OH. You will patrol facilities, monitor access points, and provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff, with a focus on safety and security.

Responsibilities include incident response, regular patrols, and precise documentation, while adhering to location policies and procedures. CPR and background checks may be required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff and vendors by following location policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and contact appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols to deter security issues in healthcare facilities and surroundings.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction and adherence to procedures.
• Document incidents and patrols accurately per location reporting requirements.
