Premier Protective Security (PPS) is hiring Unarmed Level 1 Security Officers for Albuquerque, NM. This FLEX shift requires an active NM Level 1 unarmed license, at least 1 year of security experience, and the ability to stand and patrol for the full shift.

Salary is $20.00 per hour, non-negotiable, with biweekly pay and an in-person interview at the Albuquerque office. We emphasize a team culture built on feedback, career growth, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security experience.
• Be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• HS diploma or equivalent (or 5 years verifiable experience for armed roles).
• Background check per applicable laws.
• Drug screen where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required.
• Driver's license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety and security through patrolling and monitoring premises.
• Enforce site regulations for personnel and visitors.
• Maintain integrity and report improprieties.
• Remain vigilant to identify risks and incidents.
• Offer customer service and information to clients' staff and visitors.
