Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws.
• A pre-employment drug screen is required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to hotel guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to guest concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and coordinate with hotel leadership or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of guest areas, entrances, parking facilities, exterior grounds, and perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, observe activity, and direct guests and visitors in line with site procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident and activity reports and maintain professional communication with hotel personnel.
