Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an unarmed Security Professional to patrol hospital grounds and protect patients, staff, and property in a healthcare setting. The role includes access control, CCTV monitoring, and incident reporting, with a focus on de-escalation and safety.

Pay is $19.50 per hour with a requirement of at least two years of verifiable work experience; positions may require night/weekend shifts and the ability to work at multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of verifiable employment history in customer service or protective services.
• Able to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of hospital grounds on foot or in vehicle and document observations.
• Assist staff with de-escalation and restrain when necessary within guidelines.
• Transport patients to the morgue as needed.
• Escort patients from helicopter pad to emergency room when required.
• Assist with evacuations during fires, medical emergencies, or natural disasters.
• Sound alarms or contact police/fire department if needed.
