Qualifications

• Valid Florida Class D Security Officer License.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use smartphones, tablets, CCTV, and electronic reporting systems.
• Ability to walk multiple floors and remain active throughout the shift.
• Prior commercial property, high-rise, or access-control experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible and professional security presence in the main lobby.
• Monitor CCTV systems and remain alert for suspicious activity, unauthorized access, safety hazards, and unusual conditions.
• Conduct interior and exterior foot patrols throughout the shift and patrol all floors and areas listed.
• Secure and unlock lobby doors, doors, and access points according to the shift schedule.
• Complete accurate Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports using site technology.
• Maintain accountability for keys, radios, and other assigned equipment.
