Job summary

EXECUTIVE FORCE SECURITY in Germantown, TN is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer to safeguard a warehouse and its surrounding property during overnight hours.

You will perform vehicle and foot patrols, inspect access points, respond to alarms, document incidents, and maintain a visible presence to deter theft and unauthorized activity. Shift is 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record (required for vehicle patrols).
• Ability to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods.
• Must pass a criminal background check and meet all state licensing requirements.
• Prior security, warehouse, or storage facility experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Patrol warehouse buildings, storage areas, parking lots, and perimeter fencing by vehicle and on foot.
• Inspect doors, gates, loading docks, and storage units to ensure they are secured.
• Monitor for unauthorized access, break-ins, or suspicious activity.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter theft, vandalism, and trespassing.
• Respond to alarms, disturbances, and incidents in a timely and professional manner.
• Document shift activity and incidents through detailed written reports.
• Assist with after-hours employee, vendor, or delivery access, as directed by client procedures.
• Communicate and elevate security or safety concerns to supervisors or law enforcement when necessary.

The Unarmed Security Officer is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of a warehouse/storage facility and its surrounding property during overnight hours. Officers will conduct bothvehicle patrolsof the exterior andfoot patrolsinside and around the facility to deter theft, trespassing, and other unauthorized activity.

• Combination of foot patrols and vehicle patrols (in your personal vehicle. We would provide a security car magnet).
