Security Event Staff - Game Day

STARTING PAY is $17.00 per hour!!
MANDATORY DIRECT DEPOSIT

Join the FC Dallas and Toyota Stadium team as a Security Event Staff member. You will work during events, primarily in the evenings and on weekends, ensuring a safe and enjoyable atmosphere at Toyota Stadium and the Soccer Center.

This is an as-needed position during stadium events, including Major League Soccer games, international soccer matches, college football games, concerts, and other events. It's a great opportunity to supplement your income while working exciting events.

Responsibilities

• Commit to working throughout the season for scheduled games and events.
• Check bags at each stadium entrance to prevent prohibited items from entering.
• Monitor and patrol the stadium interior as part of concourse security.
• Provide outside perimeter security around the facility.
• Verify credentials and tickets to control access to specific areas.
• Monitor activity on and around the stadium field and in locker rooms to ensure safety for players and officials.
• Manage all access control within Toyota Stadium and the Soccer Center.
• Coordinate with public safety agencies during emergencies.
• Control traffic flow to maintain safety and access.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers.

Requirements

• Experience in resolving complex customer service issues and de-escalating tense situations.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to act as an authority figure when necessary.
• Professional demeanor and ethical representation of the club.
• Availability to work long hours with a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, in all weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication skills; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Previous experience in stadium or event security is preferred.
• Ability to stand outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions.
