Qualifications

These positions will primarily support operations, with additional opportunities to provide coverage for open shifts, call-outs, special events, vacations, throughout the week in the greater Seattle area. Candidates who already hold a valid Washington DOL guard card are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Candidates must be minimum18 years of age to be qualified to possess a security license.

Possessing a Washington DOL Security license is strongly preferred in order to be considered.

Strong conflict management skills, with the ability to remain calm and effective in challenging situations

Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment with minimal supervision.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Professional appearance, dependable work ethic, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Prior security, law enforcement, military, or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required.
