Job summary

Hammer Time Protective Services LLC is currently seeking licensed Professional Security Guards to protect client premises in Washington, DC. You will maintain a high visibility presence, preventing illegal actions, and ensuring the safety of both property and personnel.

Successful candidates will have proven security experience and must hold a DC Security Officer license. The role requires detail orientation and a commitment to public safety procedures. Weekend and holiday availability is required, with positions open to retired military personnel and veterans.

Qualifications

• Trained security officers with 2 or more years of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Protect company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment
• Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances
• Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property
• Evict violators
• Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences
• Report in detail any suspicious incidents
• Patrol randomly or regularly building and perimeter
• Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates
• Watch alarm systems or video cameras and operate detecting/emergency equipment

• Proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position
• Trained security officers with 2 or more years of experience required
