Job summary

Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is seeking an Unarmed Bank Security Officer to safeguard bank facilities and personnel. The role requires vigilance, physical fitness, and the ability to respond to emergencies in a fast-paced environment, with a strong emphasis on customer service and compliance with post orders.

Qualifications

• Capable of handling the physical requirements of the position and responding to emergencies.
• At least 21 years old at assignment (USA Only).
• Ability to read, write and converse clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard personnel, assets and property.
• Identify employees and other authorized personnel entering Bank buildings or departments.
• Screen visitors, maintenance workers, vendors, couriers and other personnel by confirming entry is authorized.
• Ensure passes or other authorization accompany personnel leaving with equipment or packages.
• Respond to emergency conditions within the assigned building and take corrective action as directed.
• Enforce all post orders and conform to general orders.
• Assist customers, employees, visitors, emergency responders and others as required.
• Patrol Bank premises.
• Perform duties of a Fire Guard or Fire Safety Director, as required.
