Responsibilities

• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent theft, sabotage, fire, and accidents.
• Conduct patrols and monitor activities.
• Manage access control and provide safety escorts.
• Use communication devices effectively.
• Represent the company professionally.
• Complete Daily Activity and Incident Reports.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors courteously.

Qualifications

• Smartphone with relevant apps for scheduling, reporting, etc.
• Reliable transportation (own a car).
• Honesty, integrity, and reliability.
• Availability for non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Current or ability to obtain Washington State Unarmed Security Guard License.
• Ability to react appropriately in high-stress situations.

Educational & Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in public safety or military preferred.
• Knowledge of security protocols and equipment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to conduct walking patrols.
• Stand for 8-12 hours.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
