Job summary

Credence is seeking a qualified candidate for a prospective Unaccompanied Alien Children Facilities Triage Specialist to support incident review, case triage, escalation management, and monitoring activities for mission-critical programs. The role reviews incoming incidents, assesses information, coordinates responses, and supports timely resolution of issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Social Work, Human Services, Public Administration, Public Policy, Emergency Management, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.
• Minimum of four years of relevant professional experience supporting incident management, triage, or related programs.
• Experience reviewing, assessing, and prioritizing incidents, referrals, or case information.
• Experience coordinating with stakeholders to support timely response and resolution.
• Ability to evaluate complex situations and determine appropriate response or escalation actions.
• Experience maintaining records and documentation related to incidents or case activities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare summaries, reports, and briefings related to incident management and triage activities.
• Ensure incidents are escalated appropriately based on established policies and procedures.
• Support monitoring and oversight activities to ensure timely follow-up and closure.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding incident status and required follow-up.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Social Work, Human Services, Public Administration, Public Policy, Emergency Management, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
• Minimum of four (4) years of relevant professional experience supporting incident management, triage operations, case management, compliance monitoring, risk assessment, investigations, emergency response, human services, or related programs.
• Experience reviewing, assessing, and prioritizing incidents, referrals, reports, or case information.
• Experience coordinating with stakeholders to support timely response, escalation, and resolution of issues
• Experience analyzing information, identifying risks, and making recommendations based on established procedures.
• Ability to evaluate complex situations and determine appropriate response or escalation actions.
• Experience maintaining accurate records, documentation, and tracking systems related to incidents or case activities
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
