Qualifications

• 2-4 years of industry-related experience required.
• Must meet minimum proficiency requirements.
• Knowledge and/or experience in GSM a plus, but must have strong skillset on Ericsson based UTRAN.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine preventative maintenance activities for switching center nodes.
• Analyze system reports to isolate call failures and drops.
• Train more junior technicians on routines related to switching center nodes.

Skills

Knowledge of RJ45 crimp tool

Strong PC Skills and knowledge of MSOffice

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong analytical skills
