Event Details

Date: Tuesday, June 3 | Noon to 5 pm

Position Overview

The Access Clinical Supervisor collaborates with management and leadership to facilitate seamless access across client touchpoints. Oversees clinical and programmatic aspects of the division's team, establishes partnerships across the enterprise to improve access, and works closely with Program Managers to develop and sustain client access strategies.

Major Responsibilities
  1. Supervise and train Access Clinicians, students, and call center staff; maintain supervisory documentation.
  2. Provide outpatient diagnostic evaluations and psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults.
  3. Offer consultation and educational services respecting diversity.
  4. Deliver direct clinical treatment, including evaluations, crisis assessments, and therapy.
  5. Participate in interdisciplinary diagnostic and treatment planning.
  6. Consult with schools, doctors, agencies, and insurance providers regarding clients and services.
  7. Maintain accurate client and administrative records.
  8. Attend staff meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions.
  9. Complete CCBHC Diagnostic Evaluations within contractual timeframes.
  10. Ensure compliance with BSAS requirements and procedures.
Standard Responsibilities
  1. Adhere to departmental policies and participate in meetings and trainings.
  2. Use Quality Improvement practices daily.
  3. Follow health and safety regulations.
  4. Promote an environment of professionalism, respect, and diversity.
  5. Maintain reliable attendance.
Qualifications
Education & Certifications
  • Doctoral or Master's degree in psychology, Social Work, or Mental Health Counseling.
  • Independent license in Massachusetts as a Psychologist, LCSW, or LMHC.
  • Satisfactory CORI background check.
Experience & Skills
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Strong assessment skills.

Bilingual (Spanish) encouraged but not required.

Physical & Environmental Conditions

Work is sedentary, indoors in a normal office environment.
