Job Description
This role involves investigating moderately to occasionally complex, unrepresented claims, including uninsured or underinsured motorist (UM/UIM) claims in single or multi-car accidents, Injury Casualty Soft Tissue (ICST), and other moderate or major claims. Responsibilities include taking recorded statements, resolving loss of use claims, making payments, negotiating, and settling or referring bodily injury issues that cannot be resolved.

Remote Work Details
This is a home-based role across the U.S., excluding California, Alaska, and Hawaii. Requirements include a dedicated workspace, minimum internet bandwidth of 50 MB down/5 MB up, and appropriate equipment. Allstate provides necessary technology and an $80/month internet reimbursement.

Licenses and Certifications
May require obtaining an adjuster or appraiser license within 60 days of hire. Licensing support is provided.
Compensation
Annual salary ranges from $45,000 to $71,100, based on experience and qualifications. A $1,000 licensing sign-on bonus may be available for qualified candidates.
