Job summary

Providence Centralia Hospital is seeking an ultrasound technologist to perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures and assist the radiologist in obtaining diagnoses. This role supports our mission of patient-centered care in a compassionate, collaborative environment.

Required qualifications include ARDMS-approved ultrasound program, national certification within 12 months, BLS at hire, and at least 6 months hospital ultrasound experience across OB/GYN, abdomen, and vascular studies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ultrasound program approved by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers.
• Within 12 months of hire, obtain ARDMS certification or ARRT Sonography.
• BLS certification at hire.
• 6 months hospital ultrasound experience including OB/GYN, abdominal, small parts, intra cavity and color flow studies, extremity venous Duplex and carotid Duplex.
• Preferred: clinical ultrasound experience.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an ultrasound program approved by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers.
• Within 1 year of hire: National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography or
• Within 1 year of hire: National Registered Technologist - Sonography.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 6 months Hospital experience including all general ultrasound procedures including OB/GYN, Abdominal, small parts, intra cavity and color flow studies, extremity venous Duplex and carotid Duplex.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Clinical experience in ultrasound.

Pay Range: $45.99 - $76.08
