Job summary

Lakewood Health System is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to perform diagnostic ultrasound exams with a focus on quality patient care. You will collaborate with radiology staff to ensure accurate imaging and timely results for a broad rural patient base.

The role requires an accredited ultrasound program and ARDMS RVT credentials with ongoing CEUs; familiarity with EMR, PACS and EPIC systems is preferred. This is a supportive team environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of ultrasound (24-month course or more).
• Current ARDMS registration or eligibility and RVT credential within one year of hire.
• Familiar with EMR systems, PACS and EPIC preferred; strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound exams and procedures.
• Interact professionally with patients and staff and document results.
• Enter orders, schedule exams, push images to requesting facilities, and manage reports.
